On January 06, 2022 I watched the Kelly Morales vs Alex Jones Ex-Parte hearing and believe the judge made an unfair ruling.
If the courts are to give equal access to the court then why did Kelly Morales request to have video of the hearing
get denied?
The court should change its position from that of former times when providing transcripts was a cumbersome process. The court could have given Kelly Morales the video with a few clicks.
The court disadvantaged Kelly Morales by giving the opposition with more resources the advantage to quickly submit their version of an order which may or may not be in its favor.
