My Inner Peace Story
My name is Michael Stephens and in 2005 I was assisting in a fund raising campaign for an alternative education company. They were trying to raise a couple of million dollars. During our meeting it came to me to ask the investor for another $10 million for phase two of our plan. It also came to me that he would know what it’s for. That evening the principals faxed the plan to the investor and I went home to Beverly Hills, CA for the weekend.
During the weekend I got news the investor agreed to both funding levels. While I was enjoying my time at home I thought about the deal and felt it was only right they give me a commission from the $10 million extra I helped them to raise. I proposed my idea to them on the phone and after thinking about it for a couple of days they said no and I never returned to Utah.
It was at this point I became frustrated with helping others. An idea started stirring in me and I became totally resolute that I had to know the
“True Secrets of Life and Healing”
I had already worked in healing and had been involved with spiritual study for several years before I started to completely focus on my new goals. I had seen miracle healings and had been exposed to many powerful wisdoms and teachings but none seemed to solve what I saw as a fundamental problem. What are the real secrets? How does an individual heal and become empowered quickly and easily?
The Beginning
Not long after making this decision, my comfortable life in Beverly Hills started falling apart piece by piece. At first I tried to save it, but nothing I did seemed to have any real effect and my world just kept spiraling downward. As it did, I found my personal bottoms. It was at these bottoms that I began to clear away my old way of thinking and living and became open enough to receive what I was looking for.
The secrets I sought began to reveal themselves at every bottom and as I felt the pain of every bottom I began to realize that the areas of pain were the openings, and the pain itself was only there because I was resisting change in the areas of my life where I needed to be open.
It was at this point, I believed I had the “True Secrets” and was ready to get back to business, share my discoveries and make a quick financial recovery. However, it looked as though I had reached the point of no return.
I had been going months without having enough food; I could barely keep the lights on and was in the process of losing my home. My last minute effort was proving to be fruitless and the actuality was becoming undeniable; I was going to have a total crash and lose it all.
Shortly after, most of what I valued the year before was gone; my career, money, and home - all lost. I had one friend that was kind enough to put me up after losing my home. After I moved, I started trying to rebuild my life but encountered more loss and financial challenges. It looked as though I was still going nowhere.
I then asked the heavens for a sign as to what to do. The next day my new roommate presented demands which made it impossible to continue living there. With no place to live and all my resources exhausted, I had only one choice and one thing left to do.
I gave up, I surrendered. I let go of all my control and simply asked the heavens to give me what is best for me. All of a sudden, I felt relieved. I was actually glad it was over with and there was nothing left to do or fight for. I had become what most people would call a “total nobody”.
Out of my new nothingness, I developed a freedom I’ve never felt before. I could finally do what I wanted because I had hit my absolute bottom and there was nothing left. I didn't have to impress anybody, live a certain way or drive a certain car. It just didn't matter anymore.
I decided to leave my old life behind and start over again. Suddenly, the doors began to open; however, they were opening in the next state over so I took it as a sign to leave. Without a penny in my pocket, I began to pack for my move to Las Vegas. Although I had no money, all the assistance I needed came through and made the move simple! It was the most frictionless thing that had happened in over a year. I had previously ignored my calling to be in Las Vegas even though I knew something good was waiting for me. It took a great deal of loss and a year of me being continually broken to become open enough to leave Beverly Hills.
After the move, the doors continued to open. Life became easier and I began to witness miracles where there had been none before. By giving up and letting go of control, I discovered life continues to move forward even when I am not planning or controlling it. I discovered a New World.
In this New World, I could see that all was operating in a very divine way and that there are no true accidents. All the chaos, pain, experiences and healing I went through was only doing one thing…it was getting me out of my head, so I could let go and learn a new way to live, navigate and approach life.
In Las Vegas I was able to stay with family and continue my deep dive into finding out what are the true secrets of life and healing.
Because I was getting help from my family I was able to dive deeper into one my works in progress, Name Reading™. After a short time I felt led to start going out and tell people what I do. As I was going out into social situations people would ask what I do and I would reply, I read names. Nearly everyone would be interested in hearing about themselves and many times they would share more about themselves and my ability to read people and counsel them grew even stronger.
Breakthroughs
After helping what must have been many hundreds of people my mother helped me out and I was able to rent a home in Summerlin, Nevada.
After moving I kept diving into my spiritual studies as well kept helping many people until I came upon what seemed liked another bad streak. Money dried up again and I was struggling. Once again I had almost no food and I could feel myself breaking down at more levels. I had already decided for some time I would only do what I felt or DISCERNED I should be doing and would not stop or chase money no matter what.
It’s the summer of 2006 and I’m starving. I remember thinking I could just stop this and get a job or do something other than continue my deep dive into spirituality and healing.
I looked into my pantry with almost nothing in it and decided to continue and let myself be broken in whatever way I need to be to get my final answers.
It happened; I broke down another whole level and it the process of letting go again I was able to decode how to have Inner Peace! I’m having inner peace all the time and it’s happening in seconds rather than me having to be broken and to keep letting go of more aspects of my ego or personality.

"I had a quick phone call with Michael about no more obstacles.... I had just came out of emergency with my right arm in a splint with possible tendons and tricep muscles torn at the right elbow I immediately began to focus on the topic of no more obstacles ....... the result was revealed the next day instead of needing microsurgery to repair it I know I shifted the situation as this would have been a major recovery therapy time included of 8 -9 months.
